Technical Support assistance is available during the following times:

  • Eastern Time - 3 am to 2 pm Monday through Thursday, and 2 am to 12 pm on Friday.
  • Central Time - 4 am to 3 pm Monday through Thursday, and 4 am to 1 pm on Friday.
  • Mountain Time - 5 am to 4 pm Monday through Thursday, and 5 am to 2 pm on Friday.
  • Pacific Time - 6 am to 5 pm Monday through Thursday, and 6 am to 3 pm on Friday.
